Flint Week has been one of the most challenging events I have undertaken in our 28 years of missions. Once per year Flint Baptist Church sends an incredible mission team and everything changes. Twenty-five Spirit filled, highly energized men and women converge on a very small place for five days. I can only give God the glory He deserves for ever meeting this church. The work week began Monday at 4:00 A.M. for me and most of the men were already up and ready. They built trusses, welded 4" square tube to I beams, set trusses, roofed and wired a whole house in four days. If that wasn't enough others visited villages for a Special Needs project, installed two A/C units, a new ice machine, fixed computer problems, repaired vehicles, worked on our rain tank, installed internet gear, and held a three night revival (fed 240 people hamburgers and hotdogs on the last night) before casually leaving on Friday for a day off. I cannot say thank you enough and express how blessed we are to be the recipients of such a huge GOD THING! Thank you Jesus for being so good to us.

COMMISSIONING SERVICE for Carlos and Aura Sanchez. It was great to have special guest speakers Carlos and Aura Sanchez visit us at Yemeri Grove Christian Church. Carlos was a member of the very first church I (Bob) preached in Belize in 1999. He was young then, but accepted Christ, was baptized, and grew in the Lord. He joined us after YGCC was started and served for some years before getting married and now living in the Belmopan area. Carlos and Aura have taken an existing church over and are in the process of constructing a new building; with about (75) attending and some to be baptized soon. Carlos preached this morning and we celebrated their second year wedding anniversary while here. Thank you, Carlos and Aura, for being called of the Lord.

Back to back trades classes taught this month. BTTI / WOODS TRADES CLASS presented for the very first time at our college by Bob / Karen Owens and Matt Castagna. What an incredible time of watching these students learn wood working at it's finest. At one point I asked where the speed square was and Bob told me that this is Cabinetry class not carpentry. These men literally learned the science of making cabinets. What a blessing to watch God work in the lives of these students learning a new trade.

BTTI / ELECTRICAL TRADES held a two week "House Wiring" and "Electrical Theory Course this month on campus. Thank you Cliff Nolan and Don Schroeder for great instruction, accomplished students and presenting the gospel to these guys learning to be future wiremen of Belize

SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL ABOUT COMPLETE we have had the blessing of building the "Every Person has Purpose" primary school that is scheduled to open for classes this fall. The name of this project is Toledo Learning Center. This will be the only primary school of it's kind in Belize. Especially designated to minister to children with Special Needs.

Abel Arriaza license and ordination. This was such a blessing to watch happen. In twenty six years of remote missions I can honestly say this has only happened a few times. This young man has climbed over difficulty after difficulty in life. Abel was in our first youth group. Taught himself to play the guitar, leads worship, preaches for me when I am not able to, teaches children, leads our youth and loves what he is doing and WHOM he is doing it for. Oh did I mention he graduated from the BBC and now teaches college. Thank you Able for being the man you have become. ,

College graduation and a week of celebrating. Belize Bible College was blessed to graduate (6) Associate Degree and (2) Bachelor Degrees in Theology, Saturday June 24th. The outstanding thing about this graduating class was the level of grades across the board. One four year graduate had a 4.0 cumulative GPA. One course Lawerence Bolon took required him to put together and preach (10) one hour sermons in (5) weeks. Wow... Thank you Greg and Jamie Stuckey for being here for us. Greg was our key note speaker and preached a license and ordination service at church the next morning. We give God the Glory for an incredible year of study and great students. .

BUILDING WEEK AND REVIVAL. Last week brought a huge blessing to Belize Bible College and Yemeri Grove Christian Church. Flint Baptist Church arrived with (22) preaching, worship leading, cutting torch, fitting, welding, boom truck mechanic, lifting, tugging and that same measure of Glory to our Lord. Pastor Sam Deville and worship leaders Billy Johnson and Meagan held a four night revival that reached over 200 each night on the last few nights. Salvations, decisions and growth came in different peoples lives. A badly needed week of breakthroughs. That was at night while the construction team built (4) buildings in five days. Up by 4:30 a.m. and to bed some nights after 10:00 P.M. I was exhausted. We give God the Glory HE deserves for sending men that work as much as God loves us. ALOT... Well done Flint Baptist Church...

NEW BUILDING PROJECT has brought alot of memories back. The Farley family started our journey in Belize at Acres of Love Children's Home in September of 1999. We have been blessed to not only be a part of that facility's past but now a part of it's future. Partnering with Christian Heritage Ministries has allowed us to be able to see the old replaced with something new. We recently began to tear the old school house down to make way for new housing. We found old report cards, lesson plans and alot of memories in that place. Thank you Rodney and Gail Bales family for the years you sacrificed and so much you gave to God's work in Belize. We are grateful to follow your lead to see God Glorified.

BOAT AND TRAIL is a term we have used alot over the years. Flint Baptist Church recently dedicated a week to walking to several remote villages in Guatemala to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ and medical/dental clinics. This area of Guatemala is accessible by boat only. So we have to take a boat to just get to the starting point. Two border crossings, three boat rides and several hours walking could never be more rewarding. Well done church.

GOD IS MOVING... Dan Hatfield and Kevin Heart "just happened to be in Belize" while Bible College Radio was having serious problems with our antennae. Not knowing what was causing the warning lights to be on and running the transmitter at half speed. We knew it was a serious problem but didn't know what was wrong. As the men began to work they discovered the antennae had been originally installed with a car tow strap :) Our problem was over time the strap weathered and deteriorated allowing the antennae to fall over against the tower. Causing some $900 in damage to our equipment. It could have fallen off the tower and caused serious damage or hurt someone. These men stayed up one night after midnight to work on our station and we are very thankful for their servants hearts. Thank you Dan and Kevin for being in the right place and God's time.
