We have been busy this past week with lots of callouts and care including this under the weather Green Turtle with buoyancy issues. ‘Tabitha’ (as she has been named) is housed temporarily with us under statutory agency approval. We are making sure their welfare needs are met before their onward journey for X rays and further investigations this coming week.

Shout out to Chuck & Robbie's Scuba Diving & Instruction for helping us gather some tasty seagrass for them to eat today.

Did you know that Green turtle’s are the second largest marine turtle species after the leatherback? They can weigh up to 225 kg (500 lbs) and reach over 1.2 m (4ft) in length. The adults have a herbivore diet munching on sea grass, algae and seaweeds. The ecosystem services they provide are huge as their grazing improves the health of seagrass beds and associated microhabitats!

Seven days of pure underwater magic. Crystal clear water, bucket-list encounters, and moments that will stay with us forever.

From graceful turtles gliding through the blue, to majestic eagle rays soaring past like underwater birds, and awe-inspiring shark sightings that reminded us how beautiful the can be ocean. Every dive brought something unforgettable.
