Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Studio Sherwood Park
DATES:
Yin Yoga Level 1 Training
(25 hrs - 18hrs in-person, 7 hrs of online content, self-study and assignments)
Oct 2nd, 2021 : 2-8pm
Oct 3rd, 2021 : 12:15-6:15pm (Studio yin class included)
Oct 9th, 2021 : 2-8pm
Yin Yoga Level 2 Training
(same hour breakdown as above for Level 1)
Nov 13th, 2021 : 2-8pm
Nov 14th, 2021 : 12:15-6:15pm
Nov 20th, 2021 : 2-8pm
INVESTMENT:
$350 per Training
$650 if registering and paying for both trainings in Oct and Nov this year.
** Further discount applies for HLYA teachers and Oxygen Yoga and Fitness clients with monthly memberships. Message me for details. (Proof of HLYA certification and/or membership required).
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 per training required to hold your spot.
You must attend the in-person training hours and complete all additional hours to receive your certificate.

Every Monday evening I teach an online yoga class via zoom. I usually teach some form of a gentle flow/hatha class. If you would like to join me for an hour, message me with your email address and I’ll
