Coaching isn’t just a business or a job for me it’s a way of making impact, it’s practices and coping mechanisms I have used myself, it’s a constant reminder to work on my own self development whilst facilitating it for others, it’s a reminder to dream big, it’s an encouragement to take action and most of all it’s proof with hard work you can live a life you want to live.

A time barrier is one that easily can hold us back from achieving. Saying we don’t have time is an easy excuse to get out of things we don’t want too or don’t feel like doing. But it also defers ownership. The beauty of it is you have 24 hours a day… you don’t even have to make time it’s there. Once you start taking ownership of your time you will be surprised what you can fit in. If you choose to watch 2 hours of Netflix that’s fine, but hold yourself accountable for why you haven’t seen your friend in a while, or why you haven’t started that business venture or why you haven’t cut the grass. There is nothing wrong with it.

Start using time as an asset and not an excuse and you will see a difference!

The happiness, peace, balance or whatever you are chasing is teasing yourself when you gain it through short term fixes. The yo-yo feeling of it coming and going plays with our emotions and feeds into our patterns of low self worth, low self esteem and self sabotage… we ask questions based on if we even deserve the things we are asking for… you do, we all do but in order to experience them the way that is meant it is so important to do the work on your self. However painful, however frustrating the long term soloution to you living the life you want to live hides in the continuous understanding and working on self.

One of my clients showing true progression. Woke up to this tag and a reminder of what I do… I know how hard she is working to develop all aspects of her life! She has embraced challenge and now chases growth and beginning to let the great aspects of her character shine through.

Yes change is risky.
Uncertainty is scary.
The unknown can cause us to feel doubtful.

Understand this deeply:
The Truth: life is unpredictable, uncertain, and stressful.
So never let fear of the unknown keep you from living your life fully.

Nothing in life is permanent.
All is changing.
So embrace an attitude of curiosity about all the possibilities that are before you, put both of your feet in your life, and go for it.

Have no regrets of what could have been for your one precious life. 🌸

Great question which was posed fresh from a coaching session yesterday. All of us have experienced success to some extent and of course the majority of learning takes place from our failings when perceived as life lessons. As humans we can often be conditioned to one or the other so much that we are fearful of the other. We forget what it may look like to succeed or resort to self sabotaging strategy’s when so close to that goal we have craved. Or we may have had such impeccably high standards for ourselves that we fear the failure and disappointment of not making them. Understanding how you feel about this question can determine how you should set your goals to aid you reaching your best version of success and raise a wider understanding that what success looks like is not the same to us all.

Excited to feel back to normal today and be back working with clients so quick even in quarantine! When your job is aligned with your values and passion it’s such an incredible feeling!

The show goes on! After a lot of travelling yesterday I have begun my quarantine measures as I wake up on my first morning in Canada. Just taking a pause for reflection this morning as I look at the mountains in the distance! Life is 100 perfect what you make it! Yes sometimes there are barriers and things that appear to be good luck or bad luck pending perception, but it does not have to prevent you from doing things. Bravery, courage, determination some of the qualities years ago I wasn’t sure I possessed but when faced with the fear of this dream not potentially happening I realised how much I wanted it and also that I had these qualities in abundance. I’m excited to continue working with the clients I have in the uk and so excited to continue with them on there journey of self development via the beauty of technology. I also look to help and assist Canadian clients or perform some work Canadian coaches doing collaboration work as I explore this beautiful place and learn new skills, a new culture and a nee way of life as I continue to attempt to become the best version of myself.

Cannot stress enough that although you may not feel like it... you are enough, you are unique and you have worth. The more you try to be someone else the more you distort your values and begin the process of mask wearing. Celebrate others and celebrate yourself. Making the decisions or choices that others would make leads you to living their life and not your own. You are far to important to lose yourself.
