Member Appreciation Night! April 5th

Hello Sports Fans! We want to invite you all to join us at the Abbotsford Canucks game next Saturday, April 5 at 7pm. The team is currently on an 8 game winning streak and will look to build on their success versus the Laval Rocket! We will also be hosting a booth on the concourse to spread the word about Hybrid Athletics in hopes of growing our amazing Hybrid Family!

We appreciate each and every one of our family members and as such would like to provide each of you with a FREE ticket, on us (1 free ticket per active membership). Additional tickets can be purchased for $25 + gst. Feel free to invite as many friends and family as you like, we can always purchase more tickets for people through our account. The more the merrier!

Everyone who comes with our group will also get to go down on the ice after the game and get a group picture with the players!

This year we are continuing the tradition of gifting our coaches and staff members notes of appreciation! Teams:
- Early Risers
- Mid Morning crew
- Evening Posse

Points:
- Participation: show up, log on SugarWOD and get a point!
- 2 bonus points for each 1st, 2nd & 3rd in the RX and Scaled divisions!
- social media points each week (tag & use the hashtag )
- Spirit points: dress up according to the theme of the week, cheer orher on, help judge, visit other class times and bonus points for doing a workout at your “non-regular” facility (Abby ⬅️➡️ Langley)

Dumbells & Diapers is a great entry point for new moms to get back in the gym safely and progressively, and to get to bring your baby along as well!
