I’ll be teaching Morning Flow Monday’s at 7am, and will be teaching Yin Tuesdays at 730pm.

Our next Yoga for Golfers series starts this Thursday, April 18, hosted . Our regulars are back, but there’s still space to join us on your mat. If you, or anyone you know, would like to try out the class, DM me and I’ll save a spot for you/them in the first class for FREE. I’m passionate about getting new people onto a mat, so if you/they don’t have a mat, I’ll have mats available for use.
