We came… we saw… and we conquered. Huge OSS to those who showed up for the western submission grappling competition this weekend. 44 medals and 3 trophies for our Alavanca team. It was a long day, but we killed it. So proud of everyone who had the courage to step on the mats yesterday!

Schedule Update 🚨
We’re making a small change to our weekly schedule!
Our Sunday Open Mat at 11:00 AM is now moving to Saturdays at 12:00 PM (Noon).
Same great rolls—just a new day and time. Come get your rounds in! 💪🥋

Our women are putting leggings to the sparring test. They put in two hours of training/sparring today, and are extremely impressed with the quality of function of the leggings! Thank you for providing amazing products and for help with our Alavanca branding!
