Hey members — this one’s for you!
Our AGM is booked, but we’re making a day of it to wrap up the season.
We’ll get the official AGM stuff out of the way first (including the board nominations- which we will go into more details in another post)... then move on to awards and prizes, free hot dogs and open track for the kids. And because it wouldn’t be the end of the season without it, we’ll finish things off with our annual pumpkin roll!
Sunday, Oct. 18
4 – 5 p.m. | AGM
5 – 5:30 p.m. | Awards
5:30 – 6 p.m. | Pumpkin roll
Come hang out, celebrate the season and squeeze in one more fun afternoon at the track before we call it a year.
*this event is just for Airdrie BMX members. Keep your eyes on social media to look for additional open track and race is scheduled before we wrap up the season.
