The ASC CanPowerskate program is dynamic, fast-paced, and designed to enhance skating ability. Taught by fully certified Skate Canada CanPower Coaches.

PrePower • is geared towards skaters who are generally 4-7 years of age and already can skate forwards and backwards. This is the basic level for skaters interested in entering hockey/ringette, and teaches basic skills like stride, stopping, and turning.
