Healthy and refreshing breakfast. Yogurt with chia seeds and berries.
Add 2 spoonfuls of chia seeds to your yogurt and let it sit for about 10 minutes so that chia can do its thang! Great natural energy booster and rich in fibre.

Apples and Wow Butter (nut free) made with toasted soy.

Honestly my favourite treat in my daily routine! Homemade smoothies that taste just like ice cream.
What you need:
1 cup Frozen berries
1 cup Frozen bananas
1 cup milk (you can alter)
& blend away!
Extras you could add:
Probiotics
Proteins
Smoothies are a great source to add to your daily routine. I usually treat myself every morning to one of these. They are super delicious, easy to make, and a great energy booster. Mix and match any fruit and enjoy!
