I want to let you in on something I learned the hard way…
Being “busy” all the time doesn’t mean you’re okay.
Sometimes I thought I was just stressed from life…
but really, my body was stuck in survival mode.
That’s why breathwork and mindfulness became such a big part of my healing journey. 🌿
Here are 3 simple things that help me slow down when I feel overwhelmed:
⏸️ Pause and take 3 deep breaths before reacting.
🧘🏽♀️ Step away from my phone and sit in silence for even 5 minutes.
☺️ Pay attention to how my body feels instead of ignoring it.
The smallest pauses can completely shift your energy.
