Oh my Goddess, there is a new favourite booch in the house and honestly I have outdone myself with this one. Pineapple, turmeric is the flavour and if I do say so myself it is DELICIOUS :-)

Good Day Beautiful Booch Lover

Sunday was a busy day in my kitchen as I had 5 gallons of first ferment tea ready for flavour and to be rebottled for the second ferment. The flavours I worked with yesterday were once again Lemon Ginger as that is a favourite of mine, currently 13 litres in the second ferment process. I also decided to try something new when it comes to flavour. I love and drink almost daily a juice I make from fresh pineapple and numeric root so I thought what the heck lets try this flavour for some of the second ferment booch so I now have 8 litres of pineapple tumeric rebottled for second ferment. Looking forward to tasting that in a few days.

About the kombucha I brew....

I use pure spring water as a base to the organic black tea. I also use raw cane sugar as the sweeter. After the first ferment I then use fresh pressed juice I make myself to flavour the tea.

All ingredients I use are high quality and organic. Of course the most important ingredient I use is my intention to infuse these healing drinks with LOVE.

I started brewing one gallon at a time and am now up to 10 gallons at once. My original Scoby was gifted to me named Lucy, which is how I came up with the name for this page. Lucy has been very happy working with me and has made about 12 babies in the 3 months that I have been working with her.

I AM open to suggestions of flavours, so please if you have one that you would like me to me, please do let me know. I AM very happy to accommodate.
