These incredible women in this video didn’t start here. Two have been with me for 10 years, and two for 4. They showed up, stayed consistent, and trusted the process. And now, they’re not just mastering advanced moves they’re on their way to becoming certified Pilates instructors (2 of them but my eyes is on the other two 🤣).

At Dima-Lates, we believe in more than just strong bodies.. we believe in strong journeys. You can start as a client, fall in love with the practice, and grow into a teacher.

Our goal is to become a true educational hub for Pilates in the Durham Region supporting not just clients, but future instructors, every step of the way.
