Hello Moto fans! We have a few people on holidays as well as sick. We will be looking for a stagger. Definition, a person who checks the riders in at the gate and keeps the motos running smoothly. Announces next classes to come to the staging area so we can stay on time.
Flaggers
Definition, people who want to have a front row seat to the races and protect all the kids racing. This is a weekly item and it requires parents to fill these spots. If the parents rotate these positions weekly it becomes easier and less stress on one set of families. We always try to keep our costs down to allow as many families to be able to enjoy these events so it is crucial that we have enough. There will be a sign up sheet at registraion. It helps motos move along quicker if we have these positions filled before we start.
30 second board
Definition, hold up sign to let riders know that the gate is about to drop. Walk out into the middle of the starting area, hold up the sign. Flip it around from the 30 second warning to the 5 second drop. Move to the side of the track immediately after flipping the sign around.
