The concept of Academy is to provide top quality coaching on a consistent and persistent basis that will not burn the kids out but will provide a technical foundation yielding tremendous dividends for years to come. Academies requires a greater commitment from the coach and the players, thus creates an improved learning environment because the coach can now build a training program that connects his/her teachings from one training session to the next. This consistency helps build a stronger relationship between the players and the coach, and as a result it builds confidence in the players and they improve drastically.
