So important to remember over the holidays and all year too.

Our classes may have come to an end for 2019 however we still have you covered for your Wednesday night yoga fix. Join me for a yoga outing to Studio B in Barrie. I absolutely LOVE this studio and their instructors. I’ll be taking in the 5:30 Yin class. If you’re interested please let me know. I might even be able to get first timers a free pass.
