Starting July 13th I will be offering a weekly karma yoga class. Details are as follows:

Time:
every Thursday from 12-1

What we will be doing:
learning how to breathe well and stretch the body for relaxation and health

Location:
in person or on zoom. Contact me for the address information. I will post the zoom link the week that classes start

Cost:
by donation with all proceeds going to charity

What you will need:
yourself, a yoga mat if you have one, any yoga blocks or cushions you wish to bring to support yourself. Comfortable clothing
