I am passionate about people thriving and being inspired by who they are and what they do.
My training and development over the last 30 years has provided me with valuable building blocks to lead me right here, as your business partner. My diverse background includes military, social services and government, all of which required a combination of developing programs to support human development. I am a dedicated student of business, marketing, professional coaching, communications, human resource management and human behaviour.
For the last 10 years I have designed and delivered workplace training programs using government funding, the most recent being the Canada Ontario Job Grant. The COJG is a partnership between government, business and trainers. It provides a 66% financial incentive to businesses who are investing in the skill development of new and existing employees. It is an amazing resource and it has been a big part of my business focus for my clients. I continuously collaborate with government consultants to provide you with the highest standards and current grant information. I enjoy the thrill of discovering funding for trainers and their corporate clients who want the results but don't have the budget.
