Looking for a unique way to relax this summer?
Join us at the Altona Aquatic Centre on Saturday, August 8 for our first-ever Sound Bath event, presented in partnership with Paddle Bros.
Float comfortably on an air mattress while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments. The gentle movement of the water, peaceful atmosphere, and guided sound bath create a one-of-a-kind wellness experience designed to help you relax, unwind, and recharge.
No swimming experience is required. Participants remain on their air mattresses throughout the program, and Altona Aquatic Centre lifeguards will be on deck to assist and ensure everyone's safety. You can participate fully clothed in comfortable clothing or wear a swimsuit if you prefer. You won't be getting into the water, and participants are welcome to bring a blanket or pillow to make themselves even more comfortable.
Registration options:
• Twin Air Mattress – $50
• Queen Air Mattress (Single Occupancy) – $65
• Queen Air Mattress (Double Occupancy) – $110
Space is limited, and registrations are being handled through the Town of Altona Recreation Office.
