With the rising costs of utilities, supplies, and equipment over the last few years, we have adjusted our rates slightly to accommodate these increases.
All rates do include applicable GST. Thank you for your continued support.

What an amazing weekend this has been! I'd like to thank everyone who supported Spencer and this great cause. We were able to absolutely crush this year's fundraising goal, and with that, more children will be able to see their dreams come true. September 2023 is a huge month for us. This marks 25 years in business. What a ride. I began lifting 38 years ago. I dreamt of owning my own gym 35 years ago. Jen and I became members at the original Rendezvous Fitness 27 years ago where she also picked up the weight training bug. This passion for fitness, strongman, health and weight training has taken our family to 4 locations.
We have dealt with fire, the 4 moves, mandated closures, probably hundreds of gallons of paint and blood sweat and tears.
One word that comes to mind would be gratitude. The people we have been able to meet and share our passion for weight training cannot be measured. It's our members that kept us motivated through the good and hard times. For this we want to thank all of those that have supported us and continue to do so. Cheers to all of you and here is to 25 more🥂
