New schedule starts today!

Monday
5:15pm: Kids BJJ
6:15pm: Youth BJJ
7:30pm: No Gi

Saturday
11:00am: MMA
12pm: Open Training

with a beautiful first round TKO. Clearly dominated with great distance control and cage wrestling, finishing the fight in about 1:05.

We're proud of the work he puts in, it clearly showed through his performance tonight.

Can't wait to eventually see a title around his waist 🏆

Team Day 2026
This Sunday, May 31

Kids/youth - 11AM
Adults (All programs)- 1PM

We're celebrating our 8 year anniversary with team day this Sunday!
Kids/youth will be in the Gi, Adults will be No Gi (bring your belt)

Following promotions, we will have open training for all adult programs afterward. We encourage all members to come in and celebrate with us!

Easter Monday

MMA 5:30-6:30
No Gi Open Rolls 6:30-7:30

Reminder that all classes are cancelled today, January 24th due to the tournament in Moncton.
