We are ready to get back on the pitch after Easter Weekend. NRU 7s U15 & U17 (Boys and Girls) tryouts and practices in preparation for the Ontario Summer Games July 2022. Send a DM if you are interested or have players who need to be contacted.

Just a reminder that this Friday March 13 2020 will be the second FREE try Rugby session run by the Golden Horseshoe Rugby Academy at Wentworth Arenas from 8pm to 930pm. Please spread the word to all friends and family.

The Golden Horseshoe Rugby Academy had its first open session for young athletes to introduce rugby at the grassroots level. The Golden Horseshoe Rugby Academy is excited to announce a community partnership with . This partnership will be vital to assist in our athletes performing at a higher level on and off the field. is a world class facility that will assist in training and teaching athletes how to perform better on the field and in life. Not only will athletes learn how to advance physically but also mentally. Our athletes will be taught how to mentally prepare as well as the proper methods of eating while preparing and training for the big games. Our athletes will also have assistance from a trainer who is a certified international rugby coach that will understand the rugby specific training required.
