The Sulphur Springs Trail Race is hosted by the Burlington Runners at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. On race weekend all races (10K, 20K, 50K, 50 Mile, 100K, 100 Mile & 100 Mile Relay) behind the Ancaster Community Centre on Jerseyville Road. The race has continued to grow over the years and attracting over 1000 runners.
2022 marks our 30th anniversary (28 on the trails and the last 2 years virtual).

I will be dropping in and posting some teasers over the next couple of days, while I continue to process the entire race gallery (ie. while I try to NOT crash my computer, like last year... ahem). 🏃 The Sulphur Springs Trail Race is coming up this weekend — Canada's oldest Ultra Marathon, right here in Dundas Valley Conservation Area! Over the past 15 years, the Burlington Runners Club and individual runners have donated more than $100,000 to protect our local green spaces. Thank you for going the extra mile to support the trails you love! 🏞️
