I became a Certified Fitness Instructor in 1991 and continued in the fitness industry by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Spinning Instructor, and Certified Pilates Instructor. I wanted to share my experiences and give to others what fitness gives to me. In January 2011 I decided that it was time to venture out on my own and continue to do what I love to do. I continue to motivate and educate my clients to be the best they can be. My experience, accreditations and commitment to the industry provide a gym quality atmosphere, at home, with personal care and guidance that I'm sure you will be happy with.
