We have a number of things happening this summer! Using the downtime to make some building improvements. Here is the first. Epoxy flooring and new paint for our entry/lobby! Huge improvement from the bare concrete. Thank you to Clever Coatings for their work! Very professional and easy to work with. Watch for more Arena improvements right here.

Relay for Life Charity Hockey game is on tonight at 6:00pm. Local Celebrities including former NHLer, Rural League Legends, Jr B Bulldog stars, STFX men and women players and more vs Dr J H Gillis students! Come and support a great cause. Doors open at 5:00pm at the Arena. See you tonight.

The annual Pink in the Rink on now! Fantastic event the kids will remember forever!

Jr B Bulldogs looking ti go up 3-0 in their best of seven series vs the Eskasoni Eagles tonight. Gametime is 6:30 at the Antigonish Arena. Come cheer on the Dogs against a high flying Eskasoni team.

Free skate is on now until 3:30. Come enjoy some skating and the light show! Canteen is open and there are some free snacks and door prizes!

Big game Wednesday! Get the finals going. Will be an excellent series. Eskasoni have had a great year, and have been very competitive this year. Come out and cheer the Dogs. Share this around to your friends😁. See you at the Arena. Game time is 7:00 pm Wednesday.

Congratulations to the Antigonish Bulldogs Sr Hockey on an exciting first year! Lots of high quality hockey was had here at the Arena. Sad to see it come to an end. Congratulations to the Truro Bearcats on their series win. It was a hard fought battle. Good luck in the next round.

Over March Break we are hosting some free skates! Our usual Senior Skate and Adult & Tot Skates. Open skates Monday to Wednesday at 2:00pm sponsored by Antigonish Town Rec. Thursday, March 19 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm there will be an open skate sponsored by Antigonish County Rec.

Hats off to the Civic Centre for this very thoughtful gesture! We are rivals on the ice but we respect the players and fans off the ice.
