Announcement!!! Due to the school basketball schedule, we have had to make a change for the next couple of months!
Classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 pm!
Most Wednesdays we will be in the Library (I will pack my cart of weights and it’ll be just fine) & Mondays when there is a home game:)
This coming Monday we will be in the Library🙂 Please rsvp for each workout if you cannot attend as if there are too few of participants, I will have to forego class. ❤️💪🏻

Happy New Year and WELCOME BACK Fitness friends!!!
I still plan on Tuesdays at 4 this year; I have to see what Thursdays will look like! We know there will be basketball in the gym, but with our little group, the Library works great! So we will go week by week during B ball and see how it goes!
This week:
-class at 4 Tuesday
*None Thursday because I have to go to a doc appointment in Edmonton!
We will ease on in with a nice full body holiday eating burn fest on Tuesday!!! Can’t wait to see you all!
