A few successful days of pre turnover fishing.

Frozen guides, Wind, snow and a touch of sun

There is only a small window of great fishing before a lake turns over. The day the ice is partially off and the following day have been my most successful days of pre-turn fishing, both near the edge of the remaining ice, fishing the top 5-10 ft of water column and in shallow you will find fish actively cruising in search of food
