Nicole Andersen is a Registered Kinesiologist that provides exercise therapy for those looking to better their health and mobility. She graduated from the Ontario Tech University in 2016, and registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario shortly after. Nicole specializes in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, as well as sport specific training

ReKINect offers Kinesiology services in-home, meaning we come to you! Nicole uses a mixed approach of exercise therapy, as well as manual therapies like soft tissue release or cupping techniques.

Join us for a 50-minute mat barre class in Farmgate Cider’s beautiful orchard, followed by a c***r tasting!
Bring your mat, water, and your best barre and c***r loving friends.

$35 per person - Includes a 50-minute mat barre class + a flight of c***rs for sampling (3 samples).

Rain or shine! The class will take place outdoors in the orchard, with a covered patio available in case of rain.
