I founded the Saskatchewan Wheelchair Fencing Association (SWFA) in 2014 when I first introduced wheelchair fencing to the SFA. (Saskatchewan Fencing Association). Since then we have worked to promote parafencing throughout Canada.
Finally after 12 years we have a club uniform that pays tribute to out roots, our spirit, and our pride as Canadians!

Ryan Rousell of Asquith Saskatchewan finished 6th at the Wheelchair Fencing World Cup in Pisa Italy, today 14th March 2025, after coming out of his pool undefeated. A great start to his 2025 Season.
