Have you ever been out at an event or an occasion where you constantly have family and friends questioning your food choices or minimizing the importance of your goals?
You might hear things like, "Oh, come on, one night won't make a difference," or "If you dont drink it wont be fun,"
When it comes to family and friends, it can sometimes be difficult to say no.
Here are a few things to consider:
1.) You are the one who has to deal with the consequences of your decisions after the fact.
Consequences can present themselves in many ways. (Poor digestion, inflammation, bloating, trouble sleeping, poor recovery, hangovers, fatigue, acting out of character,etc.)
2.) Your quality of life depends on your ability to stand in your integrity and do what's best for you.
3.) How do you want to experience tomorrow?
Don't let yourself fall into the trap of being pressured by external factors.
Keep your sights on what you want.

It's extremely important to break down your goals into measurable microgoals.
After establishing your overall target—We proceed by breaking those targets down into smaller manageable and realistic steps that are individualized for YOU!
You don't climb Everest in one day. You hike for awhile stopping at base camp to sleep,eat, recover, plan and set intention for the next leg of the hike. You continue in this way at various points to acclimate and plan. It's a process of events much like transforming your body and health.
You may even hire a sherpa to help you carry your pack and be your guide but ultimately you are responsible for taking those steps if you want to summit the peaks.
But I'm happy to be your sherpa.
