September 19-26 is the "Run For Life" an event used to raise awareness for Su***de Prevention and to commemorate those we've lost to su***de.

If you'd like to join me Wednesday Sept 22 at Narrow Lake to paddle at 6:30 am into the sunrise, as we paddle from darkness to light similar to those struggling as they emerge from the dark. Please bring a headlamp or light for your watercraft. PFD and whistle.
