We're so excited to be partnering with Acrobatic Studio to bring a brand new Thursday daytime Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) program to their facility.

🤸🏼 CAPTivate Adult Gymnastics is coming to Strathmore! 🎉

We're so excited to be partnering with Strathmore Gymnastics Centre to bring adult gymnastics to their facility. The classes will be all-levels artistic gymnastics, on Tuesdays 7:30-9:30pm. We are running a 4-week session from Sept 1-22, followed by a 10-week fall session from Sept 29 till mid-December.

If you live east of Calgary, in Chestermere, Langdon, Cheadle or Strathmore, and you’ve been waiting for a CAPTivate location closer to home, this is for you! Whether you're brand new to gymnastics or looking to get back into it, we can't wait to welcome you to our newest community.

Designed for adults of all ages and experience levels, these classes are perfect for beginners, as well as folks returning from a long gymnastics hiatus, working on skills in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Whether you're learning your first handstand, or rediscovering a sport you loved years ago, we'll meet you where you're at.

We had an INCREDIBLE time at CAPTivate Summer Camp! 🤸🏿‍♀️🤗

We welcomed athletes and coaches from across Canada, the United States, and even six coaches from Australia for an unforgettable weekend at Pine Valley Resort!!

From gymnastics and circus to dance, yoga, great food, and countless conversations, camp was filled with learning, laughter, and new friendships. It was amazing to see so many people come together to share their passion for movement.

A special thank you to Sport Manitoba and Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries for supporting two of our Manitoba participants through their grant program and helping make this experience possible.

We can’t wait to do it all again! 🤸🏻‍♂️🎉

You already saw the reel with our favourite snippets of our group routine, but it was really the moments in between the performances that made National Gymnaestrada 2026 truly special! All the workshop fun, team dinners, hair parties, karaoke, mini-golf, laughs at the bar, arts and crafts, handstands, warm-up hype, new friends, late night giggles, driving stories, airport hangouts, and so much more. The perfect end to the week was Maryn winning the event’s 50/50 draw! Here’s to an INCREDIBLE team of athletes, 3 enormously helpful supporters, and the best co-coach that Hayley could ever ask for. This is a core memory for each of us, and we represented CAPTivate and all of adult artistic/acrobatic gymnastics like true champions. So insanely proud of you all!

If you want to feel camaraderie like this, we will be welcoming new folks of all skill levels onto our World Gymnaestrada team in September, heading to Portugal in July 2027 together for a whole 9 days of new incredible memories! Registration opens August 7.

Thanks to support from Sport Manitoba and Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries, we’ve been able to make adult gymnastics more accessible for our 18+ community in Manitoba. 🎉🤸🏽‍♂️

These moments are from our Winnipeg Bring-a-Friend class on June 28… and honestly, they say it all. New faces, familiar faces, lots of fun, and a community that keeps growing. We even welcomed some mother-daughter and father-daughter duos who joined the fun together.

Growing adult sport participation isn’t just a goal, it’s happening. And we’re so excited to keep building this community together. 🙌🏾
