Good Morning All and Happy New Year!

My wife is offering YOGA classes to people of all abilities. She is an excellent teacher and creates an environment that supports your physical and mental well being. Please see her introduction below!

“Over the next couple of weeks I'm offering 'taster' classes for all of those interested in starting or continuing your yoga journey.

Classes are suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome to attend as many, or as little, as you like until the end of January 2023, free of charge. I think this will be a nice way to get to know one another.

From February 3rd, 2023 the schedule will have additional classes on offer, varying from 30 - 45 minutes. Cost is based on per class or monthly, Yogis choice.

For now, see below for next weeks schedule (WC 16th Jan). An updated version will be posted this coming Wednesday for the following weeks offerings (WC 22nd Jan).

My email is [email protected] if you have any questions and the Zoom link will be posted on the day of class. Please try to log on 10 minutes before class starts. Happy to send Zoom links in advance to emails if provided.

Friday 20th Jan 7.00pm - Hatha Yoga (45 mins)

Sunday 22nd Jan 5.00pm - Hatha Yoga (45 mins)
