Here's our Class Schedule for April 2026 for BounceFit, Pound and Tabata
It's an exciting month. Spring is in the air. We have the Run for Southlake at the end of the month!
Saturday BounceFit classes are a full body workout! Fun music, high intensity cardio with focused muscle conditioning and balance to finish up. The classes fill up fast! Coming soon! I'm excited to be adding an additional class to the schedule.
Fit Boots
Pound is a great class to balance out your weekly workouts focusing on functional movement that improves coordination, endurance, strength and toning.
Tabata with or/and without rebound boots(for added challenge) is focused on toning, building strength and stability.

Hello Bouncy friends,
I want to remind everyone the importance of maintaining our bounce boots. The springs need to be changed after 80 hours of use. If your unsure leave them with me and I'll check them between classes for you. I am adding my affiliate link here. You can go on the site and order Fit Boots parts any time. Important Maintenance Reminder – Replace Your Elastic Bands
The elastic bands require regular maintenance.
They should be replaced every 50–60 hours of use.
👉 If you train around 3 hours per week, that’s roughly every 4 months.
If elastic bands are not replaced on time, they can overstretch.
Overstretched bands put excessive pressure on the shell, which may lead to shell damage or breakage.
This is the only spare part that requires regular replacement, but it’s essential for:
• Safety
• Performance
• Longevity of your Fit Boots
