Strategic fat loss for high-achieving women 35+ whose body no longer responds to what once worked.

Photos from Strong Girl Co.'s post 02/10/2026

If you are a high-achieving woman who feels like her body is the one thing she cannot figure out… this is for you.

You are disciplined.
You follow through.
You know how to work hard.

So when your body stops responding, it does not make sense.

You eat well.
You train consistently.
You push yourself.

And yet… fat loss feels harder than it used to.

Part of you wonders if it is your hormones… your metabolism… or just age.

Here is what I want you to know:

Your body is not broken.

But the strategy you have been taught to rely on is.

Most high-performing women are stuck in a cycle of under-fueling, overtraining, and pushing through exhaustion… believing more discipline is the answer.

It is not.

The Elevate Method is a 5-phase strategic coaching system designed to help high-achieving women 35+ finally get their body responding again.

Inside Elevate, we focus on:

• Restoring metabolic health.
• Rebuilding strength and muscle.
• Regulating the nervous system.
• Removing all-or-nothing patterns with food.
• Integrating fitness and nutrition into your real life. Not a perfect one.
• Developing the skills required to maintain results long-term.

Because the goal is not temporary fat loss.

The goal is a body that works with you… for the rest of your life.

This is not a for women looking for a quick fix.

It is for the woman who is ready for this to be the last time she has to figure this out.

If you recognize yourself in this… message me ELEVATE and we will talk about what coaching looks like for you.

These results are not from women with more time.

Not from women with better genetics.
Not from women whose lives are less busy.

Most of them are:

• Executives
• Business owners
• Mothers
• Leaders
• Women carrying a lot of responsibility

Sound familiar?

The difference is not motivation.

The difference is proximity.

When you put yourself in rooms where high standards are normal… you rise to meet them.

When you are coached instead of guessing… you stop spinning your wheels.

When your strategy matches your physiology… your body finally responds.

Average environments create average results.
Elevated environments create transformation.

So the real question is not:

“Can I do this?”

It’s…

👉 “Am I ready to stop playing small?”

Because what you’re looking at inside this carousel is not luck.

It is what happens when a woman decides her life is no longer available for half-efforts.

This is not for dabblers. It’s for women ready to operate at a different standard.

There are women who will watch these transformations… and women who will become one.

If you know which one you are…

DM me the word ELEVATE.

“The binge eating has stopped!😍”

My client Andrea just finished my Strong Babe Blueprint Program. And I couldn’t be more proud of her👏.

In less than 9 months she was able to…

❤️Go from spending years secretly stockpiling her binge foods so she could eat them in hiding TO👉 Being BINGE FREE in under 9 months😃!

Just like Andrea said in this video. She’s been on diet, after diet, after diet but she’s always had a binge problem.

This is because one of the leading causes to binge eating is RESTRICTION!

But quitting dieting is only part of what you need to do to stop binge eating.

If you want to be able to completely be free so you can stop feeling out of control around food.

You need to also address…

👉Your individual inner traps
👉Your negative self talk
👉Your body image & relationship with food

To truly make binge eating a thing of the past.

These are all things that my Strong Babe Blueprint Program helps you with😁!

And it’s for this reason why I’ve been able to help 100’s of women who’ve struggled with binge eating for decades!!! Find food freedom and STOP binge eating in less than 9 months🌟!

If you’re a woman who’s been struggling with binge eating for years. You’re sick of being stuck in the binge, guilt and shame cycle. And you WANT to be able to say goodbye to binge eating for life😛!

Do you ever feel “guilty” or “bad” for eating “junk food?”

Last night my fiancé Leah and I were hanging out on the couch watching tv.

And I felt like I wanted some chocolate.

So I asked her if she’d also like some.

She said yes.

So I grabbed her the bag of mini mars bars.

And I grabbed myself the bag of mini Kit Kats.

She said she only wanted to have two pieces.

So I gave her two.

Then I sat back with the bag of mini Kit Kats on my lap.

And allowed myself to eat as many mini kitkat pieces as I wanted.

Which ended up only being 5 pieces.

Why this is important?

Is because before I healed my relationship with food.

A couple things would have happened.

1️⃣ I would have binged on the mini Kit Kats to the point of feeling sick.

2️⃣ Then I would have felt really guilty with the fact that Leah only ate two pieces and I ate had eaten almost the whole bag.

AND…

For the fact that I didn’t exercise enough that day.

So I wasn’t “deserving” of eating the chocolate in the first place.

When I was dieting.

Chocolate and other “junk” foods.

Were things that had to be earned.

If I was “good.” 👉 Meaning I stuck to my diet for the week and exercised enough.

I would reward myself by allowing myself to eat these foods.

But it always turned into a full on “cheat day.”

Where I’d binge on all the foods I wasn’t “allowed” to eat.

Then I’d find myself stuck in a shame spiral for days.

Using exercise and more restriction as a way to “make up” for my so called bad behaviour.

Now that I’ve healed my relationship with food.

I’m able to have all of my favourite snacks in the house and feel completely in control around them.

I’m able to be mindful while eating these snacks.

Allowing myself to eat as much as I want.

But I don’t binge on them anymore.

Because I’ve learned how to trust my body.

And listen to my hunger and fullness cues to tell me when I’ve had enough.

There was a point in my life where I felt like.

I’d never be able to feel in control around these types of foods.

I spent years of my life feeling like there was something wrong with me.

Because I felt like I lacked “willpower” around these foods.

But the truth was that.

👉Willpower had nothing to do with it.

My binges were caused by my disordered relationship with my body and food.

😯It was the restriction
😞The shame
😣The guilt
😳My fat-phobia
😠And lack of emotional regulation skills (I have combined type adhd)

That was feeding my binge eating behaviour.

And once I moved through the process of healing my relationship with food and my body.

I was no longer stuck in the binge, guilt, shame, restrict cycle.

The obsessive food thoughts and body shame noise that consumed my brain space….WAS GONE😃!

And I felt a sense of freedom and peace around food and in my body.

I had NEVER been able to experience before😍!

June 27th. I’ll be hosting a free 5 day food freedom challenge. Where you’ll learn the exact steps my clients and I took. That made it possible for us to

👉Eat all types of food free from guilt and shame
👉Live a healthy life without needing to count calories, macros, points or follow a strict diet plan.
👉Stop binge eating
👉Stop using exercise as a form of punishment
👉And Feel comfortable and confident in our body no matter its size.

If this post resonated with you.

And you’re a woman who wants to stop allowing your body size, food rules and other people opinions to control how you live your life.

For years I thought there was something wrong with me...

I didn’t understand why I couldn’t control myself around food.

It seemed everyone else had their sh*t together. But I’d always find myself not breathing while I hid in my car and stuffed my face with blueberry muffins.

A new day would come and I’d say to myself “today is going to be a better day.”

Better meaning I wasn’t going to binge on food. I was going to be “good” and stick to my diet.

Some days I would win what I deemed the “health award.”

However, each trophy I won just set me up for a bigger binge.

The bigger the binge got. The more shame and guilt I’d feel.

The more shame and guilt I felt. The more I’d try to restrict.

And the cycle would repeat itself.

Diet culture tells us that restriction is good. You must not give into your cravings.

They make us believe that cravings are our body trying to sabotage us!

If you’re hungry, don’t eat! Instead “chew gum, drink water, go for a walk etc.”

Do everything you possibly can to not eat the food!

However, it’s this way of thinking and not trusting your body. That’s causing you to feel “out of control” around food.

It wasn’t until I started; respecting my hunger, properly fueling my body and removing years of ridiculous food rules when my binges and anxiety around food started to go away.

And when the binges went away. Look at what happened...

👉My weight was no longer going up and down on this crazy rollercoaster.

👉My anxiety around food was gone. I could be at parties and not feel the need to eat all the food.

👉I stopped spotting and my period was regular. I never experienced a regular period before.

👉 I suddenly had so much brain space because I wasn’t constantly thinking about food all the time.

I felt so free😃

To end this story. Cravings are a sign that your body needs something.

Your body is smart and If you keep ignoring it. It will start to scream louder and louder and louder!

You’re feeling “out of control” because you’re ignoring your body’s cry for help.

So start listening😉.

Do you ever feel like some days your hunger is “normal.” And on other days you’re a bottomless pit?

This isn’t you body trying to sabotage you!

It’s actually your body doing it’s best job to keep you alive😁.

And here is why...

Your hunger levels can change on a day to day basis for a bunch of different reasons like..

👉 You moved more. The more you move, the more energy you use. This means you’ll need more calories to refuel your body.

👉 Your sleep quality hasn’t been good. Your body will send you signals to eat more on the days you’re tired. It wants the extra energy to keep you moving.

You can usually find yourself craving more refined carbs on these days. It wants the quick energy that these types of foods provide.

👉 You woke up and said “today is going to be a good day.” Good meaning you’re going to eat as few calories as possible. And/or you’re only going to eat foods you deemed “good / clean.”

This is a form of mental restriction. And because of it, you now find yourself thinking about food and feeling hungrier all day.

You most likely also find yourself unsatisfied and starving by the end of the day.

And we all know how that plays out right...with you literally eating everything in site.

There you have it! 3 reasons as to why you feel hungrier today than you did yesterday.

I hope this post helped you today. If it did share it with a friend😀.

Happy Monday Babe💋

It’s not the cake that’s making you gain weight. It’s the fear around the cake that’s making you gain weight!

For many years my client Diana had a fear around all sweet stuff.

She truly believed that sugar was the enemy.

Something to be feared 😈 and that she needed to stay far, far away from it.

And when she did eat it.

Well...

She’d feel like a failure, that she lacked will power and somehow would lose all her progress😖.

Diana is a very smart woman. Logically she knows that eating a piece of cake won’t cause her to gain any weight.

But yet because of diet cultures toxic fat-phobic messages. Her brain used to automatically go to “if I eat this I’ll get fat.”

Like many of you reading this. Diana didn’t know that it was her mindset around food that was causing her to feel out of control around sugary, sweet snacks.

You see...

There is a thing called “mental restriction.” It’s caused by us living in a fat-phobic society. That tells you that fat is “bad” and thin is “good.” Which is a load of bu****it!

Certain foods are “good” meaning they won’t make you fat. And certain foods are “bad” meaning they will make you fat.

In order to become “fearless” around all types of food. And to stop feeling “out of control” around food.

You need to dismantling your internal fat-phobia and fear of gaining weight. And stop placing food into “good” or “bad” categories.

This is going to 2 things.

1️⃣ You’re going to be able to stop binging on the foods you previously deemed bad.

No binging = your weight stabilizing to it’s set point.

2️⃣ You’re going to be able to eat the cake, not feel any guilt and be able to move on with your life.

No guilt = food & life freedom

Remember all food is good food!

Unless it’s that rotten container that’s been sitting in the back of your fridge for weeks.

Yeah that s**t is definitely bad. And you should probably throw it out😂.

Share this if you found it helpful. And drop a 👏👏👏 below for Diana. This is a huge win for her😍

3 tips on how to handle bad body image days!

Hey babe👋 you’re not going to always love your body everyday 100% of the time.

And guess what?

That’s perfectly normal.

You’re going to have days where you’re dancing around like Beyoncé & Niki Minaj singing “I’m feelin myself, I’m feelin myself😍.”

Then other days you’re going to find yourself crying on the floor in front of your closet. Because the outfit you tried on feels so tight and you have (and I quote) “nothing to wear!!😫”

9/10 it’s these bad body image days that send us spiralling down into restriction.

Our brain immediately goes into “I’m going to try and eat as little as possible today or this week.”

In hopes that we’ll lose weight then all of a sudden feel better.

For some reason in our fu**ed up brain. We think “I feel bad in my body, so therefore I need to punish it.”

It’s important to note that on both days. Your body still deserves to be treated with respect.

So I’m here to tell you that...

On the bad body image days
👉You still need to eat!

On the bad body image days
👉Punishing yourself isn’t the answer!

Instead...

Practice adding more self care in on these days like;

1️⃣ Putting some makeup on and doing your hair nice if you notice that makes you feel better.

2️⃣ Wearing clothes that allow for the bloat & puffiness to breathe. I’m not talking about a big t-shirt and joggers. I mean something you’re actually going to feel good in.

3️⃣ Get your ass outside in the sun and go for a nice walk in nature. The vitamin D and the exercise will help with your mood.

That’s it! Drop some 🥰🥰🥰 emojis below if this helped you today & share this post with a friend.

Happy Monday Babe💋
