Love this 🤍
Some days, practice doesn’t need to start with a big insight.
It can start with something much simpler.
The pressure of your feet.
The texture of the mat.
The place where your body meets the floor.
Before the breath settles.
Before the thoughts make sense.
Before the day becomes easier to name.
There’s contact.
Something plain.
Something real.
Something you don’t have to explain before you can feel it.
That can be enough to begin.
Not because it fixes anything.
Because it gives your attention one honest place to land.
