Intro to Reformer 4 Week Foundation Series

Join our 4-week Intro to Reformer Foundation Series with our newest Teacher Reese! Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, looking to learn more about the Foundations of the Reformer or wanting to deepen your practice, this series is for you. This series will help you build strength, control, mobility and body awareness that carries over into every movement.
