With that, our European dream comes to an end (for this year) and what a ride it was! Hearing that anthem, watching our Villa Boys fight their way to the quarter finals and then within two goals of a semi final with an epic comeback at Villa Park. It’s impossible to find words that convey the feeling. Ultimately, if forced to chose, it’s one word. Pride. Which is fitting isn’t it?
We’ll be back, no doubt. It really is all to play for still….On to the FA Cup and another trip to Europe!
