Are you a mature, reliable leader who enjoys working with people? ALT. ROCK is looking for a Weekend Evening Team Leader to help lead our weekend team and close the facility.
🕒 Schedule
Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sundays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Reliability for these shifts is essential.
What You’ll Do
🔑 Complete closing procedures and secure the facility
🤝 Deliver exceptional customer service
👥 Support and lead staff during evening operations
🧗 Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment
✅ Enforce gym policies and safety expectations
👨👩👧👦 Interact confidently with children, youth, and families
We’re Looking for Someone Who
✔ Has previous leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Has strong customer service skills
✔ Holds a valid Basic First Aid certification
✔ Is dependable, mature, and detail-oriented
✔ Communicates well and remains calm under pressure
✔ Enjoys working with people of all ages
