The Reset Retreat ends with a Finnish sauna ceremony including steaming (löyly), birch whisking (vihti), breathwork and silence.

The sauna has long been known as one of the best ways to detox and cleanse the body physically, emotionally and spiritually. So it only makes sense to end the retreat with the original reset (IYKYK).

I'm so excited to introduce to you our newest instructor, Anna! 🫶

Anna is a certified 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa teacher with many years of personal practice in yoga and classic ballet. She has been guiding private and small-group yoga classes with a warm, patient style that feels both structured and supportive.

Her teaching focuses on clear sequencing, thoughtful cueing, and plenty of room for modifications, so students can meet the practice where they are — whether they are new to the mat or already experienced.

Anna invites students to explore what their bodies are capable of — safely, without force, and free from comparison. Her classes emphasize breath, confidence, and helping students feel more connected in their bodies.

Anna will be teaching some of the Monday night vinyasa classes. You can find her classes on the schedule!

Life gets so busy with the to-dos, it's easy to forget that we were placed on this earth TO BE. To experience this life. Not to accomplish, finish tasks or hold everything together. This retreat is just that - allowing yourself an evening to be, to be held and to reconnect with that part of yourself that gets forgotten when you're busy taking care of everyone else.

What to expect at The Reset Retreat 🌿

This half day retreat is for the woman who is holding it all. Doing the invisible (and visible) labour of daily living. You carry it all so well but when is the last time you let someone else hold you? You owe it to yourself and the people who depend on you to fill your cup.

Things you should know about me as your yoga instructor pt. 2

🪷 I rarely wear "aesthetic" yoga outfits when I practice or teach. Oversize tshirts and shorts have been my go to this summer!

🪷 Real talk - I love making money but what I love more is having a positive impact on people's lives. When people tell me I've helped them sleep better, move better, become more calm or enjoy life more I could cry from the joy.

🪷 I still get nervous to teach sometimes and I overthink my classes often. It's just a part of being human!

🪷 I'm not perfect, I make mistakes and I don't pretend otherwise. I hope you feel this in my classes and that it makes you feel welcome to come exactly as you are.

🪷 I end every yoga class with at least 10 minutes of guided meditation - the whole point of the yoga class is to prepare for meditation!

The workshop includes all tools and plants you'll need to make your own succulent planter, drinks and snacks and an hour yoga session - slow flow 🌊 Yoga mats, blankets and props are provided.
