Sadly the World Rowing Tour 2022-Bays and islands came to an end way too soon.

As a volunteer co-organizer, I truly enjoyed helping with this event and seeing all these rowers coming from all over the world and putting the Quinte area and the 1000 Islands on to the worlds map.

Impressions from the 6th day:
They rowed from Gananoque to Grays Beach in the morning and then on to Ivy Lea in afternoon - app. 28 km in total.
Leo and Darlene travelled along in a houseboat.

Day 2: Morning departure of the World Rowing Tour 2022 after the boats and equipment stayed the night at our boathouse.
They left from TRPC via Bay of Quinte for lunch at Quinte Rowing Club and then finish the day at County Shores.
