Personal training goes beyond optimal exercise selection, proper form and ex*****on, sets and reps. Here are some of the ways personal training clients achieve more than those who train alone, that you might not have thought of:

1. Coach leads- when workouts are guided by someone else, they give you a chance to focus on the workout, without stress. You have more energy and ability to focus during exercise and leave refreshed to take control over the rest of your day post workout.

2. Accountability- showing up for yourself isn’t always easy. Having someone passionate about your success in your corner could be all the difference. It’s a scientific fact that people who train with a partner push themselves harder than those who train alone. Use psychology to your advantage and surprise even yourself!

3. Lifestyle building- learn about other aspects of fitness and health you can improve outside of your strengths, immediate goals and become the fittest, healthiest you.
Set goals related to habit building/breaking, sleep, endurance, journaling and more with support from someone who cares.

What’s the difference between these two photos?

The guy on the left had no idea what he was getting in to. He didn’t even know what he was capable of. He had a feeling though, that he could maybe do just a little more than he was. That maybe he could chart whatever course he wanted, take matters into his own hands. To show himself a life he never even knew was possible for himself.

The guy on the right knows now that life is what you make it. We don’t always get to choose our battles, but we do get to choose who we fight for.
