Congratulations to the seven Quinte Red Devils players selected in the 2026 OHL Priority Selection Draft!

QRD history was made on Friday as it was the first time ever that two Red Devils were selected in the first round. Lauchlan Whelan was pick 16 to the Windsor Spitfires, and two picks later Andrew Laurin was drafted by the Ottawa 67s.

Quinte was the top OMHA organization in terms of number of draft picks.

Your dedication, sacrifice, perseverance, and commitment to your development have earned you this incredible opportunity. QRMHA is proud of each of you and can't wait to watch your journey continue at the next level.

Whether your name was called during the draft or not, your hard work, character, and growth throughout the season have been outstanding. The U16 draft is one milestone in a much longer journey, and every player should be proud of what they have accomplished so far and where their path takes them next.

Thank you to all of our 2010 players. You represent this organization with pride, loyalty, and respect. Keep chasing your goals. Your story is still being written. We can't wait to follow along!
