Angela supports women through moments when life has not unfolded the way they expected, when the questions feel heavier and doing it alone no longer feels possible. Her work focuses on supporting midlife women navigating relationship endings, career transitions, and identity shifts, as well as individuals and couples moving through fertility, conception, and pregnancy journeys.

Through her work as a Rapid Transformational Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Fertility Mindset Coach, Angela blends powerful mind body tools to help clients reconnect with their inner strength and create lasting, meaningful change.

Ever notice how Netflix keeps suggesting the same type of shows? Watch one true crime doc, and suddenly your feed is a never-ending list of murder mysteries and whodunits. 🔪👀

Your mind works the same way. It learns by repetition. What you focus on, you get more of.

If you keep tuning into the "I'm not good enough" channel or the "Money is hard to make" series, guess what? Your mind, just like Netflix, keeps serving you more of the same. 📺

But here’s the good news: You hold the remote. Change what you focus on, and your mind starts offering up new options. Switch to "I am confident" or "Opportunities flow to me", and suddenly, your inner algorithm gets the message.
