These smiles say it all 🤩

Whether it's an athlete coming out of their shell, a new skill finally clicking, or just the energy of being surrounded by teammates each week, this is why we show up 😍

What's one moment recently at the gym that made you this happy?

The friends who catch you (literally) are the ones worth keeping 🙌

Don't forget to grab your tickets to Trunk or Treat 👻

Grab your costumes and get your candy bags ready 🍬

Trunk or Treat is happening on Saturday, October 24th from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at The Zone!

Families will play games before heading outside to trick-or-treat from trunk to trunk, try fun activities at each stop, and meet some amazing local businesses along the way.

It’s a safe, fun, family-friendly way to celebrate Hallowe'en right here in Quinte.

Tickets are $5 + HST per child when you pre-register or $7+HST at the door (if available).
