It’s almost summer beginner small group launch time!!!!!
Honestly, every single time we run these groups it makes our heart happy. We watch people walk in who can’t get on and off the floor without support, who are nervous, have pain, injuries they’ve dealt with for years, and then we watch them slowly change.
We watch them become more confident as they walk and move, we watch them build strength and work on balance, we watch them build relationships and be supported by the best community.
Watching people move from week 1 into week 12, it’s priceless.
We’re proud of this program, the people, the community, but most of all, all of you for choosing a different path than the easy one.
This one may feel hard when you start, but it will pay off for years to come.

We love watching the beginners increase confidence, reduce pain, have more energy, build strength, get more mobile.
But to go from couch to box jump, that stuff can’t be made up and makes us so proud ❤️

Let’s be real, motivation isn’t something you just have, it’s not something that magically switches in your brain and suddenly you want to workout consistently.
It’s about building a library of why’s for you on the days when you don’t feel like doing it.
It’s about having accountability and a scheduled session to show up to with a team and friends who will question where you are if you’re not there.
It’s about understanding that on the days where you may lack motivation, these ones count the most.
So next time you want to skip the gym, go to your why’s, tell yourself you will just do lighter weights, just walk in the door and see what happens….

Motivation isn’t this magical thing that you always have….and waiting until you’re motivated may just keep you stuck forever.
On the days when you don’t want to move, workout, go for a walk, stretch, do mobility…go back to your why, whatever that may be for you.
We all lack motivation to workout, it’s having a plan in place for when it happens.
•Having it in your schedule, keeping workout days the same every week.
•Having accountability with a trainer, paying for training, having workout buddies
•Knowing that motivation will ebb and flow
•Remembering how you feel when the workout is done
Next time you lack motivation, do a check in!
ps. This happens to ALL of us, but I’ve never heard a person say, “man, I regret that workout.”
