Just a reminder that Cross-country training will begin September 20th in Trenton at Hannah Park. Our days/locations are listed below:

Tuesday - Hannah Park , Trenton 5:00-6:30
Wednesday-West RIverside Park, Belleville , 5:00-6:30
Thursday- Mount Pelion, Trenton, 5:00-6:30
Saturday- West Riverside Park, Belleville, 10:00am- 11:30am

We are hopeful that a full slate of MTA and AO meets will be available this fall for those who are interested.

Quinte Legion athlete Isaiah Hirlehey competed at the Ottawa Lions Twilight Meet Wed. He sprinted the 100m in 12.4 sec. Fired up for the 400m , he blazed to finish second in 55.87! Having trained Isaiah for this dash and attended the Meet, Coach Fred Jordan reported that this time is outstanding for a 15 yr boy

SUMMER TRACK and FIELD...We are now outdoors May until Aug. We want to grow our Club with Girls and Boys ages 8 and up. Coach Fred holds practices at Bruce Faulds Track, Belleville Tues and Thurs 5-6:30pm, plus Sat at Trenton High School 10 to 11:30 AM. Coaches Sue has practices Tues only for now at Trenton High School 5-6:30pm. New and returning members are welcome. Bring a friend. No tryouts needed. We train Recreational and Competitive Athletes. Register t any practice. Cost is $40 per Athlete or $60 per Family. Go to workouts at either location. Masters Athletes are welcome too

Happy New Year Everyone! Unfortunately, we will not be able to have some of our individuals workout at the Belleville Sports Centre. The Indoor Track will be closed until at least Jan 31.

We have completed our Cross Country Season successfully. Now we are on a three week break until we go indoors.

We will have a one week break, then start X-Country on Sep 14th
We will be at West Riverside Park Tues and Thurs 5-6pm. Meet at Soccer Fields parking lot
Practices will also happen in Trenton 5-6pm Tues at Hanna Park and Thurs at Mount Pelion. Meet at base of stairs
