Training for self defense using the art of Shinjudo.
Takedowns, Throws, Holds, Joint locks, Strikes, Chokes, Defenses from all the above and weapon disaming techniques make up the tools used in Shinjudo. Values developed through training- Humitlity, Respect, Confidence, Dedication, Co-operation
Kids Classes are held Monday and Thursday from 6-6:45 pm
Adult Classes are held Monday and Thursday from 7-8:00 pm

Great video! Ladies this is definitely worth a look. Remember the AAA of Shinjudo Awareness, Avoidance, Agression. If the first two are observed the third is rarely needed.

30 No Gi Takedowns Just some No-Gi Takedowns. Kinda sloppy but all tested in several sparring and or live competition scenarios. I should mention that its actually a "knee bump...
