One hour fitness program making use of innovative functional elements to improve strength and cardiovascular health. Great for shift workers!

This one hour training regiment is designed to benefit individuals looking for an increase in metabolism to target fat loss, improve conditioning for sport, and improve strength. The program varies from week to week but may include agility and isolation exercises, split circuits, H.I.I.T. and bodyweight exercises.
