Top 10 Moments From The Dance Rage
(In No Particular Order)

1. Any Other World with a personal best - amazing timing and emotional ex*****on! 🤖

2. Making fun Tik Tok videos with the younger dancers - stayed tuned to see the results! 📽️

3. Ta Da being simply *magical* - you know you have something special when your rehearsal gets claps and cheers by the other teams around you but translating that to the stage can be really tough and Kimmy (+team) nailed it! 🎩

4. Recognition for Sorry To Little Me - 1st in their category, choreo of the session, creative concept award, and a personal best performance. It just keeps getting better. Well done, dancers! 🪞

5. Friends coming to visit and support 💕 and it was so great getting to meet our alumni, Ashton's little boy, Jack! 

6. Arachnophobia's personal best - I really love seeing this routine come together! 🕸️

7. Eden wearing and dancing with my nursing pillow 😂

8. Kimmy being recognized for all of her hard work with four stunning solo performances, two special awards, directors choice, a scholarship, and 3rd overall senior solo. Well deserved 👏

9. Nick sending out the bat signal in our parent group chat when looking for help with props. 🦇 It truly takes a village to get these routines on stage. 

10. Marley having a personal best with her solo and placing 1st in a large category. Awesome job! 📞

Continuing Our Top 10 Series With My Top 10 Moments From Shooting Stars Dance Competition!

As always, in no particular order.

1. Lyrical duets - The Days and Safe With Me having personal bests and being met by the team giving standing ovations when they walked out from back stage 👏
2. Jen & Sam's slow motion pillow fight - hysterical! 🛏️
3. Seeing Makaylla and having her come to support the team 💕
4. Gemma being recognized for her hard work on her solo 🏆
5. Eden & Kimmy's *sizzling* performance in I Got You. If you know, you know 😉 + Judge Adam saying it was one of the best pieces of musical theatre he has seen in his career. Congrats on your well deserved Shooting Star! 💫
6. Shooting Stars staff throwing Torren a 1 month birthday party 🎂
7. Playing charades before hip hop 🎭
8. Kimmy hitting the target with the bow and arrow while waiting to go on stage for showcase + our incredible showcase performance 🏹
9. Knock On Wood's personal best! So clean! And the hard work paid off with a special award and overall to boot! 🪵
10. Michaela, Olivia, and Eden being recognized for their amazing solos. *Honourable mention - see final photo of Eden 💪

It's been a busy start to the competitive season for BDX but I'm finally getting caught up with our competition recap posts.

Here Are My Top 10 Moments From Dance Attack
(In no particular order)

1. Novice Soloists hitting the stage for the first time ✨
2. Sam's Solo - simply stunning and earned her 2nd overall as well 🥈
3. Kimmy and Eden's shenanigans which have ensued over the course of the season
4. Gaston - nailing the cup throws, Eden's gorgeous pirouette, hitting the target, and Miss Sara and I cheering louder and louder from backstage with every delightful success
5. Sam's letter to Kim 😭
6. Seeing our new team members get the comp bug and fall in love with competing 💕
7. When Sorry To Little Me achieved the Showstopper Award 🏆
8. The 35 person number that followed Kimmy's Song and Dance enjoying her number and cheering for every magic trick 🎩
9. Staff and seniors stepping up to help me as I was only 2 weeks postpartum with baby Torren. 🍼 Seriously SO impressed with my senior dancers and the incredible leaders they are.
10. Anna and Olivia who came back on days they didn't dance to support 💕
